轻加餐厅的定位是专注于“轻食”品类的新餐饮,其前身是名为“能量工厂”的线上健身餐外卖品牌。原本的名字更强调健身群体的专属特征,虽具有精准针对性,却也阻断了普通消费者对品牌的需求。在扩展目标消费群体的发展路径上需要更符合大众认知的新名字,以将品牌属性从对于普通人而言事不关已的特殊餐饮转向人人有所需的大众品类。

针对“轻食”这一品类的内部认知是我们首先需要确立的核心,所谓“轻食”并非某种特定的食物,而是餐饮的一种形态轻的不仅仅是指食材分量,更是简约的食材烹饪方式,保留食材的本来营养和味道。让食用者的营养摄取无负担,无压力,更健康,并以此引出积极阳光的生活态度。在这样的角度下,餐厅并不局限于任意地域文化或菜系类型,而是时下积极健康的年轻群体在追求健康生活方式之路上的全新选项。

Light Plus Restaurant is a new catering brand centered on the “light food” concept. Its predecessor, Energy Factory, was an online fitness meal delivery brand. While the original name accurately targeted fitness enthusiasts, it limited the brand’s appeal to the general public. To reach a wider audience, a new name that fits mainstream perceptions was necessary—shifting the brand from a niche service to an accessible, everyday choice.

Understanding “light food” is essential. It is not a specific cuisine but a style of eating. “Light” refers to both portion balance and simple cooking methods that preserve natural nutrition and flavor. The goal is to offer a healthier, stress-free dining experience that supports a positive lifestyle. From this perspective, Light Plus is not tied to any region or cuisine; instead, it represents a modern dining option for active, health-conscious young people.
